Therapeutic Yoga Groups
Birchwood Counseling will be offering two therapeutic yoga groups for a 7-week session this summer. These groups will be led by Michelle Ainsworth, who is a Certified Yoga Teacher in addition to her mental health training. Groups may be billable to your insurance if group therapy is a covered benefit.
