Birchwood Counseling (Michelle Ainsworth) is in network with the following insurance companies:

We strongly encourage you to verify insurance benefits with your insurance provider prior to beginning services at Birchwood Counseling.

Policies
Payment: A credit card to be kept on file is required for all clients. This card will be charged within 7 days of the appointment.
Cancellation: A 24 hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will require a late cancellation fee to be charged to the client’s card on file. No further appointments can be scheduled until this fee is collected.
