Philosophy

Our Philosophy

Therapy should be non-judgemental.  We all have unique experiences and histories that have led us to this point in life.  My goal is to understand where you are and where you want to go.  We will work together to get to that place.  I see you and I respect who you are, without judgement.

Therapy should be tailored to your needs.  No one-size-fits-all here.  Each client’s needs, both individually and within the family, are assessed and goals are created to meet those individual needs.

Children should be seen and heard!  Because play is the work of childhood, children will often be messy, make noise, and not sit still.  That’s OK!  While they are being messy, making noise, and moving all around, they are working and growing.
